We do not keep any items in stock. Every product is made to order and stitching begins after we receive the order and confirm the details. Standard manufacturing typically takes 4 to 5 business days.

Note: If the item includes embroidery or has a complex design, additional time may be required for production. This extra time will be added to the standard jacket manufacturing timeframe.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days from the date of order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note, we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

The date of delivery may vary depending on carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the nature of the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange so that we can correct it. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within Twenty (20) days of the purchase date. Usually, our product delivers 8 to 9 days after the order submission on our website. Therefore customer get 11 to 12 days to check the product and file a return for exchange or refund. after that we will not accept returns. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Note:

For size-related issues:

  • 100% refund will only be provided if you responded to our size confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving it. This email, sent by our team after the order is placed, includes detailed guidance on your jacket's measurements (chest, waist, shoulder, and length). It is the customer's responsibility to read and respond to this email. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
  • If the jacket you receive does not match the confirmed measurements provided in the size confirmation email, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. However, if the jacket matches the confirmed measurements but you still experience sizing issues, you will only be eligible for an exchange, OR 70% refund.
  • All our products are made to order, tailored to the customer's provided size. Therefore, ensuring accurate size confirmation is crucial.

For delayed, damaged, or defective items: 

  • If your item is not delivered within 30 days or arrives damaged or defective, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. However, to claim the refund, you must follow the return and refund process outlined below.

RETURN PROCESS

To return or exchange an item, please email us at thejacketseller@gmail.com with your order number and images clearly showing the issue.

  • For size-related issues: Share images of the jacket being worn, showing how it is too big or too small.
  • For faults or defects in the jacket: Provide images highlighting the specific problem.

Once we receive the necessary details, we will process your request accordingly.

The RMA number will only be issued after you email us images of the jacket repackaged exactly as it was received. Once you receive the RMA number mail your return to the following addresses:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to complete the return process. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Important Note:
If you are returning the jacket for a refund, you will have 1 to 2 days after marking the return to ship the jacket back to us and provide us with the tracking code and shipping merchant name. This tracking code is necessary for us to verify that the jacket has been returned to our address. If you fail to provide the tracking code within this time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGE:

To request an exchange, you must share images of yourself wearing the jacket and explain the specific issue with it and why you want to exchange it.

  • For size-related exchanges: You will need to inform our team about the adjustments required to make the jacket a perfect fit for you. Based on your input, we will create a new jacket tailored to those updated measurements.

  • For damages or faults: If the jacket you received has any damage or manufacturing defect, please provide clear images highlighting the issue. Once verified, we will process the exchange and create a replacement jacket for you.

  • Important Note:

    • You can only request an exchange once. After the new jacket is delivered, you will no longer be eligible for further exchanges or refunds.
    • To receive the new jacket, you must return the original jacket to our provided address. The new jacket will only be shipped once the old jacket is received.

Once the new jacket is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code to monitor the delivery process. Thank you for your cooperation!

CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS / CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT

At our store, we offer custom size Jackets or customized Jackets to meet your specific preferences. Please note that we do not accept returns for these items for a full refund. However, we do offer two options for customers who are unsatisfied with their purchase.

  • Option 1: Claim 70% of the total amount as a refund.
  • Option 2: Exchange the item for another jacket of equal value by paying only the shipment charges.

CANCELLATION:

Please note that if you cancel your order within 24 hours, a $10 platform fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to cancel after 24 hours, 25% of your order amount will be deducted, and 75% will be refunded to you. This is because all our products are made to order, and we do not use pre-made stock.

REFUND POLICY FOR CORRECTLY SHIPPED ORDERS:

If you mistakenly place an order and we ship the correct jacket, you will still be eligible for a 75% refund, as the remaining 25% covers our shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the product description and confirm any details with us beforehand if there is any confusion.
